Introductory Island Rates

Advanced Rolfing SI Treatment (60-75 minutes)                          $150

(Check, cash or credit cards accepted. Cash or checks preferred to limit credit expenses)

Laser Treatments                                                                           $25 per

(no charge when used in conjunction with a rolfing session)

Gift Certificates 

Typical Rolfing Treatments are about 60-75 minutes.  As appropriate, I will use Nerve Mobilization, Scar Treatment and Low Level Cold Laser Treatment in conjunction with Rolfing SI.

Cancellation requires a courtesy 3-day notification (emergencies accepted).

What should I wear?

First and foremost, clients need to be comfortable in what they wear.  Unlike massage, Rolfing® SI requires you to get up from the table and walk around periodically. Most clients receive work in their underwear. Briefs are preferable to boxers for men.  For women, traditional bras work best as sports bras are difficult to navigate around the mid-back. Its not a problem if you're not comfortable with this stage of undress. A pair of loose-fitting cotton gym shorts, or yoga-type stretchy shorts, are good options. You must be comfortable.  Avoid highly synthetic garments such as lycra as they are nearly impossible to work through.
